eb1 Terms and conditions – please read carefully
The images shown on this web site aim to give as true a likeness as is possible as to the designs that will be replicated on our products. However, as each product is individually handcrafted it is therefore inevitable that minor characteristic differences may occur between products. In particular, there may be slight colour variations when comparing the final product with samples and/or images seen on the website due to the nature of the materials used. Colour variations and the like can be minimised by ordering all your items at the same time. eb1 accepts no responsibility for the effect of ageing upon the materials used.
eb1 will endeavour to meet the exact specification as given by the customer when producing their products. However, occasionally, due to reasons beyond our control, materials used in a sample sent out to customers may need to be substituted with another material of comparable or higher quality.
If additional items are added to the order at a later stage, we will endeavour to complete the order using the same materials as complimentary items within the order. However, eb1 cannot guarantee that this will be the case and cannot be held responsible for any minor variations that may occur (e.g. slight difference in colour shades etc). We reserve the right to change prices or products without prior notice. All stationery, artwork and designs are the copyright of eb1. All rights reserved. All items remain the property of eb1 until full payment has been received. Please note that ink is not watertight, therefore eb1 wedding invitations cannot be held responsible for water damage to cards once orders have been despatched.

Samples illustrate print and card quality but may not be to your exact requirements – we will send you exact proofs and colours when you order. We may not have the format you request in stock – the nearest match will be substituted. Your sample may differ to how it appears on our website – if you would like to include any of these changes, remember to mention them when ordering (eg: fonts, layout) We will redeem the cost of your samples when you order. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery of samples. Samples will not be sent until payment has been received. Payment must be made by either Paypal or personal cheque – we do not accept credit or debit cards. The sample service is only available within the UK and Northern Ireland (please email us if you live outside of these countries.)
Place your order using our online order form. We will issue you with an invoice once we have received and checked your order. When we have received your initial deposit, we will create proofs and send them to you via email where possible. If you require your proofs to be sent by post please let us know and be aware that it will take longer. Please note that all orders, regardless of quantity and with out exceptions, take up to 5 days to complete from the time of receipt of confirmation of proofs. No goods will be delivered or collected until remaining balance has been paid. If you require additional items after placing your initial order, please note that these items will be treated and charged as a separate order, and may take a further 5 days to complete. Any discrepancies must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
Proofs are produced for you to check the design, wording and layout prior to printing. Whilst we take great care in producing your proofs, you are responsible for ensuring that the proof is exactly as you want it. Any changes required to the wording must be noted on the proof, signed and returned. No further changes to stationery will be accepted after receipt of your signed approval. eb1 cannot be held responsible for errors in your final order that are a result of errors that are evident on signed proofs. Your order will not begin until we have received your written approval of each proof by either e-mail or post.
Delivery charges are not included in the price of stationery. If you require delivery of your stationery, please ensure you supply details of an address where the stationery can be signed for – all stationery will be posted by Recorded Delivery. If you are collecting your stationery please call or email ahead to let is know who will be collecting it and when. All orders are packed carefully for protection in transit. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Refund, Replacement and Cancellation terms
As all our stationery is personalised to your specific requirements we can only offer refunds or exchanges if the stationery is found to be damaged, or does not meet your order specifications. If an order is cancelled, any “work in progress” must be paid for in full. If upon inspection the stationery is deemed to be incorrect due to errors or omissions that were not spotted by the client during the proofing process eb1 wedding invitations is not liable (see ‘Proofs’ above), replacement stationery would be at our discretion and charges would be based upon the time taken and costs incurred by eb1 wedding invitations
