POSTAGE - postage is variable according to size of the order. Packages are sent via Recorded Delivery and must be signed for. Please enquire for international delivery rates
ORDER OF SERVICE - please agree all details with your church/venue. The information you send must be in the correct sequence, which will normally include - entrance music (title & composer), hymns, readings (titles & author), events (wedding ceremony, signing the register), recessional music (title & composer). Your order of service will include 4 printed sides. If you require more pages, there will be an additional charge.
PAYMENT - 50% of the total amount is payable immediately. Once we have received and checked your order, an invoice will be sent to you. Payment will be either by BACS Transfer or a personal cheque. The remaining 50% is payable before final delivery. When the first payment has been cleared, we will produce single proofs of each item of your stationery and either e-mail or post these to you. Only when we have received written confirmation (via e-mail or post) that the proofs are correct, can we print your order.
DELIVERY - For those customers not taking advantage of our Premium Postage Service, we will deliver your order as soon as the final payment has been cleared.
